3/4 cup unprocessed wheat bran (I found bobs red mill)
1 3 oz package oscar mayer real bacon bits
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
Place first 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Blend with a wisk. Add egg, oil and water. Mix, Dough will be sticky. Shape into balls, size of pecans, Place on sprayed baking sheet for 30 minutes at 325. "Import" loves these!!!!!
These are tried and true recipe's. My good friend Lora in Wisconsin with her daughter Gigi make these wonderful treats and send packages and boxes in the mail to us for "Import" and the other bullies. Lora has 2 bulldogs she got here from Bulldogs of Timber Ridge, "Ziva" & "Jethro". I decided to add the recipes to our site to let everyone enjoy these easy to make treats for their own bullies.
Cinnamon Oatmeal Lips
This one I use my lip shaped cookie cutter.They are just the right size for Ziva. Not too big or too small...
1 cup white flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup oil
Place dry ingredients in med mixing bowl. Blend with spoon or wisk. Add hot water and oil. Mix. Place dough on waxed paper. Knead for 3 minutes.Roll 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutters or cut into rectangles. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Chicken Parmesan Yummies
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup corn meal
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 large egg
3/4 cup chicken broth.
Mix the first 3 ingredents together. Add the last two, knead toghether until you make a good ball. Roll out into 1/4 inch shape. Use cookie cutters to cut out shape.
Put on parchment lined baking sheet.
Line up and baste on top with tomato sauce mixed with some of the chicken broth until it is not to thick. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on rack.

Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits
1 ½ cups water
½ cup oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
½ cup cornmeal
½ cup oats
Blend wet ingredients together. Whisk dry ingredients together and mix into wet mixture to form a ball of dough. Roll out and shape. Put onto a non-stick cookie tray or lightly greased one. Cook 20 minutes at 400 F. Turn off oven and allow the biscuits to cool in oven until crisp and hard. Store in airtight container.
Bulldog Banana Bites
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup powdered milk -- nonfat
1 egg
1/3 cup banana -- ripe, mashed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 cup water -- hot
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Mix all ingredients until will blended. Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface. Roll to 1/4 " thickness. Use a 2 1/2" bone shaped cookie cutter (or any one you prefer). Bake for 30 minutes in a 300 degrees oven on ungreased cookie pans
Mix all ingredients together, adding more hot water if dough is too sticky. Knead well. Roll out to ¼" and cut into shapes with cookie cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 40 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool in oven overnight.
Place cheddar in mixing bowl,blend with the flour. Add oil and milk. Mix well. Place dough on counter top and knead 1 minute. Roll 1/4 Anch thick and use desired cookie cutters. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. cool...Store in freezer for best results..Works well in kong

11/2 tablespoons honey
2 cups whole wheat flour.
dash of cinnamon
Mix well.If really sticky, add more whole wheat flour... Roll out with rolling pin,
cut with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 min until
golden brown at 375 degrees...
I made Import these as motorcycles, wisconsin and martini glasses...

***Homemade Shampoo for dogs with allergies***
Mix:
1/2cup of milk
1/2 cup of warm water
1cup dry oats (Quaker or similar)
½ tsp of honey
10-15 drops of tea tree oil
2 big squirts Baby Magic Lavender & Chamomile shampoo
Mix together with a hand mixer until pancake like. You may need to add more milk or oats.
